A SANCTUARY FOR A COUPLE
Grand Isle Resort & Spa’s one-bedroom Arawak villas are single story spacious bungalows measuring around 1,200 square feet. While opening onto the jeweled Caribbean, these villas also offer privacy. The master bedrooms offer a marble en-suite bathroom and French sliding doors leading onto glorious balconies. The Arawak villas also offer lovely living rooms that extend onto terraces with even more views of the ocean.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN PARADISE
The Bahia Mar two-bedroom villas average 2,285 square feet over two levels. The first floor is dedicated to the private quarters while the second floor is for socializing. There is a living area, a dining room and a luxury kitchen with at least one private terrace.
For a slightly larger group there is the Lucayan three-bedroom villa covering around 2,600 square feet. The master bedroom and second bedroom are on the first floors looking out over the Greg Norman championship golf course, the marina, or the sea. The second floor also features the third bedroom with an en-suite bath and spectacular views of the sea.
SUPER LUXURY BAHAMAS
If luxury has no limits for you, there is the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath Grand Penthouse. This 5,000-square-foot palace rests at the highest point over Emerald Bay, featuring sweeping views of the region. The balcony alone is extraordinary, covering 1,100 square feet. The nearby living area offers a banquet style, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that elegantly seats 12.
The other piece-de-resistance is the two-bedroom Grand Villa, or penthouse, perched above Emerald Bay. It covers 2,600 square feet and some of these units include a private elevator and stair access. Like the other villas, it has natural stone floors, a fully equipped granite top kitchen and sliding doors onto spectacular terraces. The villa also has a master bedroom with a spa bath that opens onto an additional terrace.
