Café Matisse
Directions: Located on Bank Lane in Nassau, New Providence.
To regular visitors to the Bahamas, Café Matisse feels like it’s been around since Roman times and guests keep coming back for the homemade pasta, seafood, real Italian pizza and delicious desserts. The menu changes every three months with exciting new seasonal dishes.
Café Matisse has al fresco dining in a quaint courtyard. It also has a wonderful wine list. The owner, Gregory, has been known to mingle with the diners. Keep an eye out for him.

Chat N’ Chill is easily one of the most popular venues in Exuma, and you can feel good about bringing either that special someone or the entire family.
Conch salad, perhaps the most famous of all Bahamian dishes, can be made right before your eyes. Chat N’ Chill also features a number of other culinary delights unique to the Bahamas. On Sundays, check out the venue’s classic pig roast from 12pm until 7pm.

Dune
Directions: Located at the One & Only Ocean Club on Paradise Island, New Providence.
Thanks to expatriates and tourists, the Bahamas offers world-class dining and celebrity chiefs. The One & Only Ocean Club, located beside Atlantis, is perhaps the most high-end establishment on Paradise Island, and Dune is its marquee restaurant.
You might recognize the resort from the James Bond movie Casino Royale.

Nobu

Japanese legend Nobu Matsuhiso set up shop in the Bahamas with his restaurant Nobu. You know you are in for a night that blends art and food as soon as you reach the entrance and enter the glowing green archway. The Palapa Grill
Directions: Located at Grand Isle Resort & Spa, in Great Exuma
Grand Isle might only have one restaurant, but it’s an excellent one. The Palapa Grill offers a stunning array of foods to meet anyone’s taste, from seafood dishes, to succulent meat, to artisan pizzas. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Feel like something a bit more casual? Take a seat at the bar and order a Kobe beef burger, and wash it down with Bahamian beer.
The Palapa Grill offers a little bit of everything, and it’s perfect for casual dining, large groups and more intimate dining. The incredible view over Emerald Bay is icing on the cake.
